Thanks to it, the jacket can withstand the occasional shower, while the synthetic fibre still provides cosy warmth even when damp.</p><p>To prevent the cold from sneaking under the Hawera Jacket, the sleeve ends and hem are elasticated; you also get a tight-fitting hood with a high collar.</p>
