<p>The La Sportiva Trango Tech GTX is an excellent lightweight mountain boot for technical alpinism, via ferrata and ambitious tours in alpine terrain. With a sensationally low weight, the semi-automatic crampon compatible mountain boot combines uncompromising robustness and protection with high levels of comfort.</p><p>The upper material, reinforced with thermoplastic material, is very hard-wearing and is optimally supplemented by the waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex® lining for a perfect dry foot climate. The special production technology reduces annoying seams to an absolute minimum. An all-round scree protection provides additional long-lasting abrasion resistance. Details such as the eyelets of the lacing that do not push through to the inside, a soft shaft end that is cut quite deep to the back and a special tongue construction made of elastic material contribute to the extraordinary high level of comfort.</p><p>In combination with the appropriately stiffened midsole, which is suitable for attaching combination crampons and equipped with comfortable damping elements, the construction stands for reliable performance even on steeper terrain.</p><p>In addition, the Trango Tech GTX with its precise lacing can be adjusted in precision for a non-slip fit and, with the proven Vibram® Cube profile sole, offers maximum grip on all mountain paths and rock.</p>
