Description

Silja is a bright little girl who lives in an old mill in Upper Bavaria. Her parents are the teacher Susanne Gogolok and the photographer Stefan Rosenboom. When Silja was born almost five textiles ago, the three of them became a particularly travel-loving family. Her parents also wanted to travel with Silja and not stay at home. With pacifier and diapers, Silja already hiked along the Andalusian coastal paths in the Kraxe and the family was happy to be on the road together.

Silja has already been on ten big and small trips with her parents. She has been to the Spanish Pyrenees, to the Italian Basilicata in winter, to the Bavarian mountains with her mule, to the Scottish Hebrides with her bike trailer and to the Swedish Padjelanta National Park by boat. She has seen wolves, danced on the beach and looked for the Easter bunny in the snowy mountains of Ticino. Her little nose has already sniffed out the smell of almost every European country. Silja has now become an adventurer who loves nature and freedom. At the same time, she has remained a completely normal child. Her father Stefan Rosenboom has captured the family's travels together in captivating texts and photographs.

Stefan Rosenboom | Berg&Tal Verlag | 144 pages | illustrated throughout in color, one overview map | format 24.0 x 22.0 cm | hardcover
